T.I. is officially a free man. Today, the rapper completed his jail sentence after spending the last 30 days in an Atlanta halfway house. T.I.'s lawyer says that he has 23 days of supervised release, which consists of a 11 p.m. curfew and 400 hours of community service. Welcome back!
